CPD Course Criteria

Step 1 – Leeasa Application form

LEEASA application form to be filled in and signed by the training provider.

Step 2 – Course Material to be submitted

Learner guides to be submitted with application for vetting and assessment.

Step 3 – Subject matter expert (Facilitator).

• Subject matter expert should be the facilitator and his/ her qualifications need to be submitted.

• Facilitator/ assessor qualifications need to be submitted with certified certificates.

• Moderator qualifications need to be submitted with certified certificates.

Step 4 – Assessment tools

Assessment tool for the assessment of learners need to be submitted with learner guide.

Step 5 – Moderation Tools

• Moderator guide to be submitted with assessment tool.

• 2 x LEEASA Subject matter experts are to attend the course or activity to assess the course or activity using the annexure A and annexure B for the vetting and the verification of a CPD course or activity.
